I am very satisfied with the service from the staff at KPJ Pasir Gudang throughout my admission. Dr. Shahidi and Dr. Wan Adnan were very professional, caring, and always provided clear explanations about the treatment. The nurses and all the staff were also very friendly, quick to assist, and took care of patients with great attention. Likewise, the customer service staff, Farhana, was kind and amiable. The hospital environment is comfortable and the service is truly the best. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service. Highly recommended!
