I was under the care of Dr. Chang Chee Wei in the orthopedics department and Ms. Ayako Sugawara. On our final day in Kuala Lumpur, my daughter was injured at a restaurant. From start to finish, we were accompanied by someone who could speak specialized medical terminology in Japanese, and she stayed by my daughter’s side while she was being treated. Ms. Ayako was wonderful, and the orthopedic surgeon was a person of great integrity, which allowed me to entrust my daughter’s anesthesia and treatment to him with complete peace of mind. He drained the fluid from her knee, and thanks to him, I feel confident about her flying on the plane. I was anxious about whether she would be able to travel, but since I have been assured that she can fly safely, I can return home without worry. I feel that I can visit Kuala Lumpur again in the future with peace of mind. The doctor was truly kind, and despite this being our first time, I felt comfortable leaving everything in his hands.
