Dr. Khor Kee Guan (ENT surgeon) took the time to explain every step of the process clearly and thoroughly. Even in the middle of an emergency, he remained calm and reassuring, which helped us feel at ease. Dr. Wong Chee Sing (Paediatrician) managed to cannulate our daughter so smoothly that it was surprisingly pleasant for her — something we never thought we’d say about a needle! His skill and gentle approach made a huge difference. Dr. Cheah Pike Kuan (Anaesthetist) not only ensured the operation went smoothly, but also personally cuddled and comforted our daughter as she woke up from the anaesthetic. That human touch meant the world to us. Dr. Khor Heng Tee (Radiologist) was fantastic with children — so much so that our daughter stayed calm and cooperative for her CT scan, with no need for sedation at all. My husband (Hui Jieh) and I are truly grateful for the professionalism, skill, and compassion each doctor showed. Their teamwork and kindness turned a frightening situation into one where we felt safe, supported, and deeply cared for.
