Dr Luis Chen is a responsible and dedicated ENT specialist, where I have came to consult him on my thyroid problem. The advice that he gave to me was indeed very helpful, with all possible treatment options well explained. The surgery turned out very well and smooth, with very fast healing and no complications encountered after the surgery. There was no change in my voice, and I was surprisingly able to start talking softly after the surgery. During the one week follow up to remove the bandage, the healing on my skin was so good, that no evident scarring noted at my neck region. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience with Dr. Luis and the ENT team at KPJ Ipoh. I had surgery for sinusitis and a blocked nose, and everything went smoothly. Dr. Luis explained everything clearly and was very detailed throughout the treatment. Special thanks to the staff nurses Sheny, San and Shikin for their warm hospitality and attentive care. They were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable not too anxious when seeking the treatment. Really appreciate the great service and care from the whole team!
