A special note to all the staff at KPJ Seremban, especially Dr Khairun Niza (O&G) & Dr Wan Maziah (Paed) and the nurses at Sri Menanti and Nursery wards. 3 months before the birth of our 3rd daughter, all preparations were made except for choosing a place to give birth to our daughter. After researching, we agreed to choose KPJ Seremban as the place to give birth to our daughter. So, our first meeting with Dr Khairun began. What a surprise when we met him because he was a very gentle doctor and explained a lot of important information and emphasized the contents of the baby and the mother. This process continued until the moment of birth. On 9/9/2024 @ 08.59am, with Dr Khairun's expertise, our daughter was safely born through surgery. Alhamdulillah, Dr Khairun & Dr Wan Maziah and other specialists were able to handle the process perfectly even though the mother was under General Anaesthesia (“GA”). The waiting father was still thinking about the condition of his two loved ones without any news. Fortunately, around 10 am, the staff from the Nursery called to inform us that the baby had been born safely. We were incredibly grateful to see our daughter in excellent condition under the supervision of Dr Wan Maziah and the staff at the Nursery who were very kind in helping to manage our daughter. The wife had not yet returned to the ward. But the nurses at the Sri Menanti Ward were always attentive to the husband's guidance by always updating the wife's condition. Alhamdulillah, the wife was once again conscious and returned to the ward in a conscious and good condition. Day by day, when it was day 3, Dr Khairun always gave advice and careful monitoring to the wife. The care of our daughter was also very perfect by the nurses at the Nursery. So, when everything was in good condition, we were able to go home. The process of leaving the ward was very easy with the help of the very friendly staff. Finally, a million thanks to all the staff at KPJ Seremban for the services provided. Nothing can repay your good deeds, only sincere prayers from our hearts, may you all always be in the pleasure of Allah SWT. I had a very positive O&G experience at KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital. From my wife pregnancy check-ups until delivery, Dr.Rosy was professional, knowledgeable, and very compassionate. Her thoughtful explanations,kind words and continuous encouragement gave us confidence and reassurance throughout the entire journey,especially during labour. The nurses and staff in the labour room were excellent. Their expertise,dedication and experience were clearly seen in the way they cared for my wife. Special thanks to Specialist Nurse Fadilah and all the nurses in Seri Menanti ward and labour room for their patience, attentiveness, and constant support during labour and recovery. I also appreciate Dr Wan Maziah for her clear explanation of our newborn’s health check-up. The staff explained our baby’s hearing condition clearly and professionally. Lactation Specialist Rahimah was warm and dedicated, providing very helpful guidance on breastfeeding. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care received and highly recommend KPJ Seremban for O&G services and any medical treatment.

I am a prudential agent, my children were treated by Dr. Wan in 2011. Alhamdulillah, the Dr was very helpful, explained the child's condition. If I didn't understand, I asked and the doctor was willing to explain 😅 From admission to discharge, I was given good service. Words of thanks are still insufficient to repay the kindness of Dr. Ishak and Dr. Wan Maziah from early pregnancy until delivery. The labor room staff were kind, efficient, and very proactive during the process of enduring labor pains. All the staff at Sri Menanti ward, Kak Nara, and the Sister were very, very kind. The Nursery staff were efficient in attending to the baby's needs. Not forgetting the billing department, who were very friendly, helpful, and reasonable. Thank you all.
