My mother underwent radiotherapy under the care of Dr. Marfu'ah Nik Eezamuddeen, an oncologist who demonstrated outstanding professionalism, compassion, and expertise throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the completion of treatment, Dr. Marfu'ah took the time to clearly explain the medical condition, treatment options, expected outcomes, and potential side effects. Her calm demeanor and reassuring communication gave our family great confidence and peace of mind during a very challenging time. We truly felt that my mother was in safe and capable hands. In addition, I would like to extend my highest appreciation to Ms. Elaine Low Mei Ling and her team from the International Patient Center. As foreign patients, navigating medical treatment in another country can be overwhelming, but Ms. Elaine made the entire experience smooth and manageable. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and supportive in providing detailed information, coordinating appointments, assisting with accommodation arrangements, and offering practical advice tailored to international patients like us. Her kindness and dedication went far beyond administrative support—she genuinely cared about our well-being and comfort throughout our stay. The overall service at the hospital was excellent. The medical facilities were modern, the environment was clean and well-organized, and the staff members were consistently courteous and professional. Most importantly, the level of coordination among the medical team gave us confidence that my mother was receiving high-quality, patient-centered care. Received treatment at SJMC, which was very satisfying for us as patients from another country. Received excellent education from the doctor before proceeding with treatment. In November 2024, we first visited SJMC and met two great doctors, Dr. Lin Hai Peng & Dr. Ng Ruey Terng. In January 2025, we returned and met a very friendly and exceptionally kind doctor for further treatment, "surgery". Dr. Quah Soong Yuen. Thank you, doctor, for accompanying us in our journey towards the recovery of our beloved child.
