Yesterday because I was having chest pain and shortness of breath and dizziness again so I decided to went to northern heart hospital penang to find Dr Tuan Jiun Haur cardiologist and electrophysiologist to check up again .. thank you so much Dr Tuan as he is really patience , helpful , professional and kind .. thank you to his nurse too .. and thank you so much to abang Arief from blood test department for very fast can found my blood vein as my blood vein is very difficult to find and can run away one especially left hand.. thank you so much to NICL department nurse Nurul Umairah and Farah Aina for really carefully taking care of me when I did stress test .. and done ECG as well .. thank you so much to cashier department or PBO department Ms Amalina and Ms Tresa for helping me a lot with my bill payment process.. I feel really satisfied and happy . Definitely recommend everyone come here to consult Dr Tuan.. thank you so much everyone and northern heart hospital penang..

A new hospital in Penang. The doctors and staff are all very friendly and helpful, but the waiting time is very long. The first day, I arrived at 8 a.m. and finished at 11 p.m. because Dr. Tuan happened to start his practice quite late and had a lot of patients. The second day, I had a medical check-up, arrived at 8 a.m. and finished at 6 p.m. Doctors Michelle and Mugilan were very friendly, patient, and detailed in their explanations. It's just a shame that I had to wait at least two hours to see each doctor. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

My father had pacemaker implantation surgery with Dr. Tuan Jiun Haur. The doctor is very kind, provided good explanations, and conducted detailed check-ups. The doctor's nurses were also very kind.
