I am Joyce who was admitted first in the Emergency Dept on the 10th July 2025.it was abt 6.30pm. Though there was only one girl dealing with admissions I was promptly attended to when I informed that my pressure was high. A wheel chair was provided and sent to rest. The attending Dr Jeya attended and enquired about my health . There was a delay in sending me to the ward. Rita Morris came and ensured that I was given a bed quickly. She was not on duty yet she went about ensuring that I was well taken care off. Her prompt action relieved me of much stress. When I was finally discharged 2 days later n there was no one to remove the needle even after waiting for a hour. Staff nurse En Shukri was kind enough to remove the needle. I even told him I was going home with the needle. I wish to thank Dr Kanta for his timely help and concern.

Health screening unit (Haslina & Aina) excellent service.. very helpful and easy to deal with.. comfortable room atmosphere... Dr Kantha & assistant (Kanmany) who are very helpful and explain clearly..

Alhamdulillah, the staff services here are very satisfactory, everyone is kind. I would like to express my gratitude to Muhammad Izat as the Customer Service Ambassador, Doctor Kantha Rao, SN Harun, SN Hashida for their great assistance, and to all the staff of the ECU/CCU in particular. May Pantai Hospital become the number 1 choice hospital for the Malaysian community. The best.

Thank you for the care provided. The staff in the emergency department were very good, especially Ms. Syarifah, a kind staff member here who inquired about the condition of the patient and visitor.
