Daughter was admitted at paediatric ward. Stayed for 6 days due to lung infection. The nurses are all very friendly and know how to handle kids. It gives the vibe that your kids are in safe hands. They are very responsive and consistent in delivering their best. Physio was arranged to loosen the phlegms and the introduction by the therapist was very good. Cheerful and come with stickers to get their attention. The doctor in charge was Dr Hayati. She was very descriptive and very soft spoken; easy to get along with the kids. Due to the covid situation, the entrances are handled very well. People that comes in and out are in control. Got the single bed room. Its quite spacious and with the sofa and table provided, made it easy for me to setup my work station. I could still do my work while taking care of my daughter though I need to turn on hotspot for internet connection. The location has strong signal hence no issue. The room cleaning is surprisingly quite frequent hence the room's cleanliness is in great condition (floor, trash and toilet). Bedding is arranged daily and also can be done upon request. The foods are good and have varieties. This is especially important for kids as they could sometimes become quite a picky eater when not feeling well. Overall it was an excellent service by the staff! Thank you! 😊

Very good service from nurses and doctors. I came here because I had a fish bone stuck in my throat for 4 days. Even though it was after duty hours, the ENT specialist, Dr. Shaharuddin, still treated me kindly as a patient. The doctor was willing to wait even after his on-duty hours. I arrived after 1 PM. The bone was successfully removed, praise be to God. May Allah bless the doctor and all the staff at Pantai Hospital Melaka. Not to forget the staff working at the cashier department, they were also very helpful. Thanks again to the whole team!!!

Great experience for our second princess. The nurses in the Labour Room (LR) were very friendly and very helpful, especially SN Noorsohaila and SN Shuhada. Thank you to Dr. Idayu and Dr. Anisah, who are very dedicated to their profession and friendly. Dr. Hayati (Paeds) was kind, as were all the other staff, including the diligent and polite student nurses. Thank you.
