Alhamdulillah selamat bersalin secara normal di KPJ Kajang pada 19/6 dengan Dr Nurezwana. Dr Nurezwana sangat bagus dalam mendengar segala masalah saya sepanjang mengandung. She explains very well on how will it be to try and deliver normally after ceaser (1st baby-ceaser). Alhamdulillah after careful planning with Dr, i got the chance to give birth normally this time. Nurses in labour room were really helpful too, many thanks to the nurses, Dr Nurezwana, Dr Prathab (Anaesthetist) and Dr Meena (Paeds). Total charges for my delivery + induced + epidural is Rm7k+. I took Single Room package, and stayed extra 1 day to wait for dilation after 1st induce. However there's some improvements i think KPJ Kajanh should do on registration part. Waiting time to get the registration number is sometimes ridiculously long even if you already have the appointment. Maybe because they only have 1 counter, and new registration and the one that have appointment will be in 1 queue. Perhaps KPJ Kajang can improve on this part. And parking is a bit hard to get and need to park at the other building if you come after 9AM.

KPJ Kajang provides excellent facilities with highly experienced doctors and staff. My sincere appreciation to all the nurses and midwives—Ms Azila, Ms Looi, Ms Syaza, Ms Atiqah, and Ms Tina—who took great care of me from admission through labour and during my ward stay. Special thanks to Dr Nurezwana for her professional consultation, guidance, and support throughout my labour. I truly appreciate the care and dedication shown by the entire team. Highly recommended to all mommies seeking a positive and reassuring childbirth experience at KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital.

Normal delivery experience at KPJ Kajang November 2024: 1- The labor room nurse was very gentle and calming, making it easier to push. 2- I once came in for a CTG check because the baby was moving less. The nurse entertained me kindly and gently. 3- Monthly checkups with Dr. Wana were also great. Whatever we want, we get. For example, getting sick leave because I was too tired to go to work. Haha 4- Husbands can accompany in the labor room. There's even Netflix, so you can watch while waiting for dilation. 5- The ward was also comfortable, and the discharge process was very smooth. May my blessings be abundant to deliver here again 😌

Had antenatal class, regular prenatal checkups and gave birth to my first born here. The nurses are so kind, helpful and very friendly towards me and my husband. My doctor Dr Nurezwana Elias helps me understand and answers all my questions/doubts. My journey during childbirth is wonderful thanks to them! Recently admitted again for my son's jaundice and nurse Maizurs & nurse Lela gave me many tips & assist me on nursing, breastfeeding also gave morale support as a new mother.
