I brought my mother to Columbia Asia Hospital as there were no other cardiologists in private hospitals in Taiping. We were greeted by polite and helpful front office staff for registration. Immediately, we were given a queue number to meet with the cardiologist, Dr. Alan Koay, and without delay, Nurse Ros took my mom to do the necessary tests. Everything was done smoothly and quickly. During the consultation, it was easy to communicate and share our concerns with Dr. Alan. His explanation and advice were easily understood and could be followed by us. Overall, my mother and I were treated with politeness, smiling faces behind the masks, and respect by the doctor, nurses, and staff at the hospital. P.S. We paid the bills in cash, and it was worth it given the treatment we received. P.P.S. They also have good food and drinks at their cafe.

Brought dad for screening with Dr Alan (Cardiologist) and dietary package with Dietitian Rafidah. All went well and both Dr Alan and Mrs Rafidah gave full explanation. Mrs Rafidah gave detailed explanation about diet based on pt's condition. Great job and thank you very much to all staff !! 🎉🌟🎉🌟🎉🌟

Excellent service by Dr. Alan Koay and team. My father had angiogram here and the procedure was done smoothly. He also referred my father to IJN and we're able to get early IJN appointment because of him. Warded in Columbia for Angio procedure. Service there was splendid. Dr. Alan the cardiologist was so competent and friendly. Ms. Dhiviya I think from customer service is splendid as well. Great place to heal.

What i like the most is short waiting time compare with other private hospitals.......end to end process only required less than one hour for follow up checking. For executive health screening.........entire process only required less than 4 hours. If registration process able to improve further (shorter registration turn around time), this will be great. Dr. Marcus Chuah (Orthopedic) & Dr.Alan (Cardiology) are very professional and details.
