Overall very satisfied with the new ward which is very comfortable, friendly and good staff from the missions to the food and cleaning staff. Only dissatisfied with the clinic part, the assistant doctor who did not give enough information for us to face admission problems from 10 am to 11.30 pm when we were just admitted. I had to call and ask the clinic again because it was already 4.30 pm and I went back at 5 pm and was told to wait again to admit the child. Called the insurance to check the hospital, called the hospital and said wait for the insurance. Thank you to the admission staff Syalya (spelling not sure) an Indian staff who cared, credit to her for solving our problems before the shift ended at 10 pm, visited us on emergency call several times and in the morning she still asked about the child's condition. Thank you dear🥰 10 ⭐️ For Syaliya and ward staffs 8th floor and doctors who treated the child but the clinic staff 1 ⭐️ Be more informative and more concerned about the patient's problems especially admission issues. Keep updating us. Good example - Dr Safari and groups - the staff services are excellent to our family members. Good service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff nurse in the Lavender ward took good care. Dr. Safari Elis also explained well and was easy to understand. Everyone was friendly. 2 hours and 1 minute at KPJ Perda was very satisfactory. Thank you Dr. Safari Elis and the nurses in the Lavender ward.
