⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very good experience at Regency Specialist Hospital, especially under the care of Dr Soh Chiang Joo. Dr Soh was professional, caring, and explained everything clearly with patience. The treatment was smooth and reassuring, and I truly felt well taken care of throughout the process. The hospital staff were also friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thank you to Dr Soh and the whole team for the excellent service. Highly recommended!

The response of the doctors very fast from Dr Soh. The environment is clean and good.

Good Service..Dr son CHiang joo .. and machie kioks is good .. but one thing need to improve on services by the clinic to do the an appointment , difficult to contact the clinic to make reschedule appointment

My dad was warded in this hosp due to open fracture and subsequently clinic follow-ups with the specialists here. I must give credits to the specialists, Dr Soh, Dr Ronald and staff nurses here for their professionalism, care and friendliness. Dad was hospitalised due to other illness in another private hosp in Iskandar Puteri years ago, when asked which hosp he would prefer to seek treatment, he's more willing to come to Regency. Not to forget the porters stationed at the entrance, the service was exceptional. I guess the only downside is the car park which is not sheltered and usually full on weekdays. Overall 5 star experience. Keep up the good work!
