I was admitted for 5 days in Ward 3B (3/5/26-7/5/26) under Dr. Dato’ Andrew Chua. There was a PCA named Kasturi who was very caring and always willing to help patients to meet their needs. Not only did she treat me well, but throughout my stay in the ward, I also noticed that she paid close attention to and treated all the patients very kindly. There are also a few other PCAs and an assistant nurse who did very well. However, the staff nurse team needs some service improvement.

I had trigger finger surgery recently and great experience overall. The doctor, Dr. Chua Wei Siong explained everything clearly and the procedure went smoothly. My therapist, Cik Maisarah was very helpful. She guided me well and help me regain movement quickly. I'm satisfied with the care. Thank you very much.

I had a fall and fractured my left wrist sometime in April 2025 and had operation done by an orthopaedic surgeon. Blade was inserted and screws were used to secure the blade. Unfortunately, complication arises 2 months later in June. I found that my thumb was drooping and l am unable to lift it up. By chance I met Dr. Kumaresh Raj in Sunway Medical Centre who recommended me to Dr. Chua Wei Siong, an orthopaedic surgeon, specialised in hand and microsurgery. My first consultation with Dr. Chua l found that he is most professional and possess good bedside manners. He really spent time to explain my conditions clearly and acted quickly. Ultra sound showed suspected ruptured tendon. He performed surgery with remarkable skill and confidence. His calmness, expertise and genuine dedication make me feel completely relaxed and safe throughout my treatment. Once again thank you Dr. Chua for your exceptional care and dedication. I'm so grateful for your expertise and kindness. Your compassion and professionalism are deeply appreciated. Your hard work and dedication will always be remembered. I will certainly recommend Dr. Chua to anyone who has hand issues without any doubt. I am now on the road to recovery. At the same time l convey My sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Chan See Yun, the anaesthetist who put me at ease as l had undergone general anaesthesia umpteen times. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Chua for agreeing to perform the carpal tunnel surgery on the patient’s left hand despite the added complexity of the patient undergoing dialysis through the same arm. Many doctors were hesitant to proceed due to the risks involved, but Dr. Chua carefully assessed the situation and was willing to take on the procedure. We are truly grateful that the surgery went smoothly and successfully. The pain has successfully reduced and now she is feeling so much better. His professionalism, expertise, and compassion gave us great confidence and comfort throughout the process. We would also like to commend the hospital staff and overall hospital service, which were excellent.
