I recently had to admit my 5-year-old autistic son to Aurelius Hospital Nilai, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team for the exceptional care and kindness shown to us throughout the stay. From the very beginning at the A&E, registration, and customer service, to the ward staff — everyone was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. As someone who just moved to the area and with my husband being away on work, it was a difficult time managing everything alone, especially with a 16-month-old baby. Due to hospital policy, I wasn’t allowed to stay in the ward with both children, but the team went above and beyond to help. They understood our situation and my son’s attachment to his older sister (16 years old), and managed to get special approval from their Medical Director to allow her to be his caregiver. I will never forget that gesture – it meant the world to us. A special thank you to Dr. Mahani, my son’s ophthalmologist. She was gentle, soft-spoken, and treated him with such care and respect. Her kindness truly made a difference. On the last day of admission, I happened to meet Dato Amir Firdaus Abdullah (CEO) and Dr. Terence (Medical Director) in the lift, along with Ms. Adeline . Even in that short encounter, they were warm, approachable, and welcoming – a reflection of the hospital’s values from top to bottom. Thank you again to everyone at Aurelius Hospital Nilai for not just treating my son, but for supporting our whole family during a very challenging time. You made us feel at home.

This is my 1st time experience in Aurelius Outpatient Centre for my 80 years old father eye check up under Dr. Mahani. He is having blurring of vision due to cataract for few years, but recently experiencing of tunnel vision for past 3-4 months. My father also is a stroke patient with hemiparesis and having difficulty to move around. Initially we thought that its only due to cataract and plan for lense surgery, but after all the eye examination & scan, my father actually also having glaucoma. With the explanation from Dr. Mahani, we decided not to proceed with the surgery as it will actually high risk for my father current condition. We will concentrate on the glaucoma treatment. Although we pay out-of-pocket without insurance coverage, the outstanding service from several staff members truly deserve recognition as they ensure our visit smooth and stress-free. Big thanks to Ms. Hilma (Customer Service) who has served my 80 year old father with good care. She is quick to assist, coming directly to our car to help with the wheelchair. She also ensures smooth transfers from the wheelchair to the next station without making us wait. The other staff from front counter until last station are consistently polite, calm, and efficient, even during peak hours. Overall, the professionalism, kindness, and genuine care from these individuals make our visits smooth and stress-free. They represent the hospital’s commitment to quality patient care, and I am sincerely grateful for their dedication. Thank You.

I came here with a severe eye infection whereas I couldn’t even open my eyes. I was brought straight to Ophthalmology to meet Dr Mahani. Ros attended to me first, checking my BP and oxygen levels before I met Dr. Mahani. My husband and I were then guided into the clinic with Ros by our side. My eyes were in so much pain, but Dr. Mahani examined them so gently tak sakit langsung. Alhamdulillah, the ointment and treatment given were effective and exactly what I needed. I’m truly grateful for the care from Dr. Mahani, Ros, and the team. Kudos to them for the warm hospitality and excellent treatment. They truly made me feel safe and well taken care of ❤️

Location ward 3A, admitted under Dr Mahani, overall admission was smooth, food , stay and nurse staff was excellent. Apart of that, Dr Mahani, was very professional, not rushy, very humble and happy to hear theyre explanation on my injury, quite satisfied to go through with on the scan on my eyes. Thank you Dr .
