I have been seeing doctors at this hospital for 10 years. Every time I have had a health issue, the doctors here have saved me. I am truly grateful to the great and professional doctors, including Dr. Lim Chee Chong from ENT, Dr. Git Ka Ann from Urology, and Dr. Awangku from Cardiology. Additionally, a great Gastroenterologist, Dr. Beh Liang Kueh, retired at the end of last year.

Dr Git from the Urology department is so professional and extraordinary. He made the whole surgical process so easy to cope for me. Nurses are also friendly, helpful and super attentive. Everything is very systemised, there is a mobile app to check to the most updated status and everything. Plus, discharge procedures are so simple, staffs came to my bed to complete the process and I do not have to go here and there to complete the whole process. It is definitely the go-to hospital in Penang island.

My family & I wud like extend our sincere tks & utmost gratitude frm the bottom our heart to Dr Git Kah Ann, Dr Yeoh Wooi Oin, Dr Doris Chow, Dr Wong Yee Choon , Mr Low (Speech Therapist) & all the nurses at ER, ICU, Stroke & Surgical Ward at Level 3 for doing the best you could to care and made our Dad feel comfortable till to his last breathe on the 19/4/2024. 🙏🙏🙏

Came in with very bad back and abdominal pain in the middle of the night. ER docs worked very fast in identifying my issue. Dr Git Kah Ann was very patient when going through surgical options and also answered all my queries. It was a nightmare to go through the pain but the nurses were encouraging. Quite a pleasant experience overall
