When a patient is at his/her weakest condition with all the discomfort and pain, the nurse plays an important role in helping the patient. SMC Pg nurses team played this role very well. From the emergency dept till the radiology dept and end with the ward, all the nurses handle me with care and provide me attention with good attitude and patiently answer my questions to make me calm. The emergency doctor helped a lot in treating me in the early stage and explained clearly on my condition to me and my family, so that we know what we will be expecting before seeing my in-charged doctor. Then comes my in-charged doctor, Dr Lee SB, he explained my condition to me clearly and give me a clear picture of how long I need to stay and what are the circumstances that I might be facing to prepare me well. Last but not least, the kitchen helper who delivered food to me always cheer me up even though I was weak initially. Unlike some hospital, they serve food as a job but in SMC Pg, they try to do their best to serve the food when it’s warm and bring in with a warm smile. They made me feel warmth and comfort. Overall, I’m very satisfy with the team here and the admission + discharge process took me less than 30 minutes in total. Highly recommend this medical centre to my family and friends 👍🏻

I am very satisfied with the speed of handling Sunway Hospital. At first, I took my father for treatment, but this time I also registered my mother as a patient as well. My father is a patient of doctor kelvin voon, doctor lee say bob and doctor tan eng liang. They are very caring and patient. Doctor Lee Say Bob is a very focussed and thorough person. Doctor Kelvin carefully listens to every word from the patient. Doctor Tan Eng Liang is also very fast. I also dedicated this review to express my satisfaction with the international patient centre staff, especially miss anis, miss alice and Mr. tony. They are very friendly and very helpful. I'm very happy to take my father and mother to sunway hospital for treatment.
