I was admitted due to kidney tumor in the kidney and had to undergo an emergency procedure to nehphrectomy. From the emergency department to the ward, the service and care provided were truly excellent. Special thanks to Dr. Lee Say Bob and all the nurses and staff for being attentive, friendly, and professional. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding care provided throughout my stay.

Excellent services from warded until discharged. All the staff comes with smile and superb hospitallity. I'm warded due to kidney stones and attended by Dr Lee Say Bob. I've been warded at two others specialist hospital in Penang but for me in term of services, Sunway Medical Penang is the best. I am very satisfied with the speed of handling Sunway Hospital. At first, I took my father for treatment, but this time I also registered my mother as a patient as well. My father is a patient of doctor kelvin voon, doctor lee say bob and doctor tan eng liang. They are very caring and patient. Doctor Lee Say Bob is a very focussed and thorough person. Doctor Kelvin carefully listens to every word from the patient. Doctor Tan Eng Liang is also very fast. I also dedicated this review to express my satisfaction with the international patient centre staff, especially miss anis, miss alice and Mr. tony. They are very friendly and very helpful. I'm very happy to take my father and mother to sunway hospital for treatment.
