    Thank you very much to Doctor Bob for the professional and attentive consultation. The entire process was explained clearly, which was very reassuring. I would also like to commend Mr. Wong from Customer Service for his friendly and patient service attitude, which made the assistance process very smooth. Overall, the experience was excellent and highly recommended!
