I was admitted due to kidney tumor in the kidney and had to undergo an emergency procedure to nehphrectomy. From the emergency department to the ward, the service and care provided were truly excellent. Special thanks to Dr. Lee Say Bob and all the nurses and staff for being attentive, friendly, and professional. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I’m truly grateful for the outstanding care provided throughout my stay.

Overall, we had a great experience at Sunway Medical Centre Penang. The urologist, Dr. Bob; nephrologist, Dr. Bryan Leong; cardiologist, Dr. Khaw; and radiologists, Dr. Cheng and Dr. Teoh provided excellent and professional care to my husband. The Level 8 nurses, physiotherapist Desmond, dietitian Wen Xin, customer service staff Shu Er, and food server Osman all delivered outstanding service. We also had the opportunity to meet the CEO, Ms. Christine Lee, during her ward visit — she was friendly and very caring towards patients. Excellent service, highly recommended!
