My recent visit on 11 Aug for my child's scan/procedure were extremely pleasant. It is never a good feeling when a child is unwell and require hospital visits, but the staffs at Adventist has been nothing but helpful and welcoming in making my visit as smooth as can be. From upon the registration counter, all the way to Dr Alex Khoo's clinic, at the Paediatrician's level, until the procedure were completed, all staffs involved were helpful, friendly, and most of all, empathetic towards my child's needs. It has been my first, and hopefully last visit to Adventist Hospital, but I have nothing if not a pleasant experience there throughout. A top choice for consultations and medical care, I'd recommend Adventist Hospital more than any other private hospitals in Penang.
