My wife experienced severe abdominal pain on 2 April 2026 and was first attended to at the Emergency Department by Farah Zuhairi Muqri and Dr. Shaari. All procedures were carried out in an orderly manner, with clear and professional explanations provided throughout. We were then referred for a scan by Dr. Farhana and Dr. Chen. Even while on call, they were attentive, approachable, and provided excellent explanations with a warm and reassuring attitude. We were subsequently transferred to the ward with the assistance of Afifah Shazreen, while Adam supported us with the documentation process. In Ward 6, Siti and the rest of the team ensured that all processes ran smoothly throughout our stay. The Radiology team was outstanding—very calm and professional, which helped ease my wife’s panic and distress. The kitchen staff also provided meals courteously and professionally. Special thanks to Muzzamir and his team for efficiently managing the delivery of personal belongings, as well as to Jin Weng and Manorani for the beautiful bouquet. Overall, excellent job by Picaso. The staff are well-trained, professional, and highly knowledgeable.

I had a very good experience here, right from the security guard at the car park, registration counter staff, doctors and nurses. Dr Yip, Dr Farhana and her nurses were all very understanding and kind. Ultrasound and Dr clinics on the same floor. I do recommend this hospital.

I really appreciate and big thank you to all the medical staff and the nurses in the ward especially Dato Yip , Meesha, Sara, Dr Farhana, Kalpana and Puvani and Dr Teo for being so caring , helpful and friendly. This is the most comfortable and clean hospital I had been and they served delicious , nutritious and quality food.
