I have been following up with Dr. Raj for my eye check-ups, and he has been an extremely helpful, patient, and friendly doctor. He explains everything clearly, takes time to address concerns, and makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. A special mention to Ms. Sahira, the nurse, who was also very attentive, kind, and supportive throughout the visits. Overall, it was a very pleasant and positive experience. i love nurse Ms. Lim, Ms. Suba and Ms. Anis in Ambulatory Surgical Care. Was there 8 times out of 12. Services were on top notch. Dr. Palanyraj (my Ophthalmologist) and Dr. Peter Pragasm (General Physician) were soft spoken for me, a person who has high EQ need this. Thank you so much. May God pay all your kindness and love. MD 2 Dr Raj and Dr Law are recommended for opthalmology and neurology respectively. Nurses Muthamil, Huda, Athirah, Nisa Kashinee and Anuja great taking care too. Food services are nice, can choose from their everyday different menu. Each day provide 4 meals: breakfast, lunch, tea time and dinner. Receptionist also good too, warm services. It is required to pay deposit RM300 during registration. Really need take immediate action if the eye is suddenly blurred/vision dropped. Just bringing the IC and medical card to your nearest private hospital to get checking and further treatment asap.
