I hurt my ankle/foot and went to Emergency Unit. The front desk, staff nurse, attendant & Dr Chui Zhi Jin were all polite, friendly & super helpful. After giving a pain killer injection, I still have a pain, and Dr Chui refers to an orthopaedic specialist for further assessment. After a while, I told Dr Chui the pain extended from the ankle & wanted an ankle x-ray. The x-ray staff oncall Rudi & Ellyna was friendly and caring & the process was quick. It only takes me less than 2 minutes to do the x-ray. After the x-ray result comes out, I meet the Orthopaedic oncall Dr Chidambaram for further assessment and discharge with a few prescriptions. will come for the upcoming follow-up. Waiting time was quite a long time, but considering a lot of patient during that time its acceptable. A delightful experience & would recommend it here.
