A special thank you to Dr Goon for being so attentive and reassuring — it really gave me peace of mind throughout my treatment. The nurses and PCAs in Ward 7B are absolutely amazing. They are kind, patient, and always ready to help with a smile. Their gentle care and comforting words made a huge difference during my stay. They didn’t just do their job — they truly cared. I also want to appreciate the housekeeping team for keeping everything so clean and pleasant, the physiotherapy team for their encouragement, the pharmacy team for being efficient and helpful, and the Emergency Department staff for their prompt care. A big shout-out as well to the food service team (Daniel and team) — always friendly and cheerful, which really brightened my days. Dr. Goon Ai Khiang is very good and professional. Physio Fatin was very helpful with the respiratory and lung physiotherapy. The nurses in Ward 7B were very kind and supportive.
