CAH Batu Kawan is impressively new and very clean, with attentive, dedicated doctors and exceptionally kind nurses who make the entire experience feel comfortable and well-supported. Warded for 3 days, and I was grateful to have the devoted Dr.Ting as the attending physician. She ensured that I was properly treated, paid careful attention to every symptoms and treatments, and she even checked on me everyday before she left duty. I especially loved the chest percussion session by the physiotherapist Noranis. Nurses are helpful, professional and caring. Staff from registration to billing to customer services are all very accommodating and friendly. Choices of in-patient meals are good, too. All in all I was happy patient. 😀
