I have been receiving excellent care since September. My life has been saved multiple times. It started with a heart attack, and after Dr. Rajesh introduced me to Dr. Hafiz, my bypass surgery was successfully performed. I am still happy when they greet me in the hallway. Before the surgery, Dr. Srinivas carefully treated my pneumonia, and Dato Dr. Chen protected my kidneys. Dr. Purushotman is currently managing my airway stenosis, explaining it thoroughly with many diagrams. Nurse Cheah discovered my pressure sore when I was admitted and healed it completely within three months. She diligently monitored my progress with regular disinfection and helped alleviate the mental stress of multiple surgeries. Working with Hui Qing Yeoh, she has given me strength, and I believe my husband will be able to face the next surgery with confidence. I express my sincere gratitude to all the staff at Gleneagles Penang Hospital. Special thanks to the nurses on the 10th floor ICU, 14th floor ward, and 17th floor ward, as well as the security guards, helpers, and food service staff. I am glad I brought my husband to Gleneagles Hospital. Thank you always to Joan Tang Hooi Tze at the billing department.

I have had a number of stays in this hospital and it has served me so well. Most recent where I got treatment from Dr Srinivas Rao who is most kind and experienced with treatments and medicine. The rooms are so good even if 4 bedded. They are bright and cheery. As for the food,it always seems chef prepared,it is so savoury. Payment and pharmacy is always so smooth, not like other hospitals which seem to act like money lenders demanding for money. It always helps to be patient and kind to the staff, which is hard when one is in pain. I believe most of the complaints I see is where everybody lines up to see one particular doctor, then delays can happen

I was seeking a second opinion for my husband's health complaint. We went to a pulmonologist and were treated by Dr. Srinivas. Communication with the doctor was excellent. He was clear in outlining the treatment plan. The nurses provided prompt service.
