I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team who assisted my father today at the ER. I am highly satisfied with the professionalism and care shown by your staff. From the moment I arrived at the hospital entrance until my father was transferred to the ward, the assistance was prompt, efficient, and very reassuring. Special thanks to Dr. Rathna, who stitched my father’s wound with great care and gentleness. The procedure was done so well that my father felt very little pain, which we truly appreciate. I would also like to commend the team members who provided excellent support throughout the process: Dr. Munes, SN Saktivani, SN Nithiya, MA Ain, DNA Shzan, FA Nursuhaida, and PCAD Hanif. Their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness made a stressful situation much easier for our family. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to all of them. Highly Recommend Dr. Ratna & Columbia Asia Bukit Jalil! I was admitted for conjunctivitis treatment under Dr. Ratna’s care, and she was excellent, professional, kind and thorough. The nurses were also attentive and friendly, making my stay comfortable. Great experience overall!

A sincere thank you to Dr. Rathna for finally giving us a clear diagnosis after multiple prior consultations that attributed my niece’s recurring eye swelling and redness to heat or allergies. After hearing about Dr. Rathna, we decided to visit her clinic. She conducted a thorough examination with great patience and identified the real cause of her discomfort, bringing us much relief. Appreciation as well to her clinic assistant and Ms. Sandra for their support and guidance during our visit. As a suggestion for improvement, clearer communication on appointment updates would be helpful, as “shortly” turned out to be more than an hour. During discharge around 12:35 pm (understandably close to lunch hour), the payment counter was unattended and we were directed to the admission counter, where only two staff were managing both billing and admissions.

I was warded at Columbia Asia Bukit Jalil for severe conjunctivitis treatment last year, and the care I received from Dr. Ratna, Nurse Nur Firdaus, Nurse Faridah and the ward nurses was excellent. Dr. Ratna was professional, patient, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel reassured throughout my treatment. The hospital facilities were clean and the staff were very helpful. The food served in the ward was tasty and the café had good coffee, which made my stay more comfortable. It would be great if the hospital can be more active online so more people could learn about its presence and the excellent services it offers.
