I was warded at Columbia Asia Bukit Jalil for severe conjunctivitis treatment last year, and the care I received from Dr. Ratna, Nurse Nur Firdaus, Nurse Faridah and the ward nurses was excellent. Dr. Ratna was professional, patient, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel reassured throughout my treatment. The hospital facilities were clean and the staff were very helpful. The food served in the ward was tasty and the café had good coffee, which made my stay more comfortable. It would be great if the hospital can be more active online so more people could learn about its presence and the excellent services it offers.

From the moment I arrived at the hospital entrance until my father was transferred to the ward, the assistance was prompt, efficient, and very reassuring. Special thanks to Dr. Rathna, who stitched my father’s wound with great care and gentleness. The procedure was done so well that my father felt very little pain, which we truly appreciate. I would also like to commend the team members who provided excellent support throughout the process: Dr. Munes, SN Saktivani, SN Nithiya, MA Ain, DNA Shzan, FA Nursuhaida, and PCAD Hanif.
