Overall, my wife and I had a very good maternity experience here. All the doctors — Dr. Norhayati, Dr. Farhana, and Dr. Ng — are very experienced and dedicated, giving their best care to my wife and baby. The nurses and other staff were also friendly, helpful, and supportive. The hospital allows more flexibility for me to be with my wife, which I really appreciate. The facility and environment are calm and conducive for recovery. Just a small note for management: please look into the water heater (room 315, 3B), as it’s sometimes is not too warm during baths, and the sink heater isn’t functioning.”
