Thanks to quick respond from the emergency department Doctor and all staffs. Tqvm to lady at registration counter 10 that expedite our admission that night. It was a pleasant experience as my worries were soothes by friendly nurses and aides from ward orchid on duty from 12-13 nov. Few names I manage to recall nurse nina, and Haifa. Sorry for names I can't recall. Thanks to customer service officer, En Safwan for your kind concern of our experience.

Had an injury on skull and came into ER, the treatment was prompt and attentive. Dr. Naimah & Dr. Zamzuri are very professional and assuring. Staff nurse at HDU are superior, very good environment. The general ward Nazrin CA Shazwani Atikah are ok.

The services is very good. Especially from ENT team, Dr. Amirozi and his assistance Afifah. They are very friendly and helpful. The Gynae team, Dr Muna also very helpful and Dr Naimah from Neuro team also very kind. Not forget to all the nurses that taking care of me during my hospitalisation. They are very warm and kind.

Admitted for 2 nights here since Feb 4, 2025 and was treated by consultant physician Dr Naimah. Had a very pleasant experience with good hospitalities by all staff nurses including discharge staff Ms. Siti Nurul Akmar from Orchid Ward. Sorry didn’t catch any nurses names as they did their job tremendously effecient. Thank you and kudos to KPJ Penang Specialists.
