I definitely give 5 stars to my husband's doctor, Dr. Tan Bee Eng. The doctor was very patient and clear in explaining the details of the MRI and blood test results, getting straight to the point and not omitting anything that needed to be conveyed to the patient. The doctor's language was also very fluent and easy to understand. And one more thing, the doctor is also beautiful 😊 thank you, Dr. Tan 😊🙏 Not all hospital staff were friendly. The hospital and toilets were clean. The hospital also provides complimentary bottled drinks and biscuit snacks, which can be taken near the escalator on each floor. I hope the hospital staff will be encouraged to be friendlier to hospital visitors. Thank you.

My first time seeking treatment in Penang was a Google search, and I'm grateful to have found a doctor who I found very suitable and very patient in his care. 😊 I've been a patient with SLE (Lupus Nephritis) since 2004, and my kidney disease had become severe. I was treated for the first time in Penang at Glenegles in 2019. I initially made an appointment with Dr. Tan Bee Eng, but due to my kidney problems, Dr. Tan immediately referred me to Dr. Gho. I've been with Dr. Gho ever since, and I'm doing very well. 😇 The service from the registration desk was excellent, and the doctor was very helpful to us, who were seeking treatment from a faraway place. He explained every procedure thoroughly and made sure we understood. I don't think the standard fees are much different in Indonesia. 🤍🤍🤍
