First time visit for me to Northern and the second time for my mom. We went to see Dr michelle. Came at 0700 in the morning. Hardly any queue.. Got our blood taken right away. And came back to see doctor at around 10 after blood result done. The blood taken at was very fast... Doesnt hurt at all. Very friendly nurses. Also took the influenza jab. Cheaper than Indonesia. Also thumbs up to nurse Siti (Dr michelle nurse) for being very friendly The pharmacy people was also friendly... But I think the medicines sold at northern pharmacy a bit high compared to outside pharmacy. Thanks dr michelle for always being a good doctor. We see her every 3 months. We have to fly almost 5 hours from manado Indonesia to get to penang.

It is a new, modern, clean, and neat heart hospital. Toilet is also clean and not smelly. The environment around is also comfortable. Dr. Donald and Dr. Michelle are very attentive and caring. Staffs are friendly, but still need improvement on faster service. Next, need improvement on the cafe. It only provides frozen meal and some snacks. Better to have a good cafeteria since there is no restaurant around.

My mom’s doctor is dr. Michelle. a very smart & efficient doctor. prescribe the best and very thorough on the labs analysis. the pharmacy fellow is great and very patient explaining the medicines. thank you!

Dr.michelle kao great at explaining all the blood ,x- ray ,usg abdomen result and dr Tuan jiun great at explaining my father's heart echo.....need improvement at the admin staf so they can go faster,and heard what the doctor said to take a note what kind lab test for the patient so they will not missed some test
