Your professionalism and compassion truly made a difference in our experience. However, I do feel the need to address a couple of concerns. The admission and refund process was quite cumbersome and slow, which made the experience frustrating at times. Additionally, I noticed that the playroom for children is in need of an upgrade, as some equipment is damaged and could potentially pose a safety risk to the children. All the nurse at Paeds are nice and most important things the Dr Lim Bi Yu is so awesome, she will explain in details about my son problem and ills..all the medicine name and manufatcurer also she will tell the parents.which for me is a bonus to knw abt the manufacturer and origin of the medicine.
