I was referred to Picaso Hospital for Radiotherapy under the care of Dr. Mastura. Initially, I was very anxious; having seen friends and family struggle with similar treatments, I didn’t know what to expect. However, I chose to maintain a positive mindset and face the challenge head-on. Dr. Mastura made the entire process much easier. Her calm, comforting demeanor and her assurance that recovery happens in stages helped me focus on healing rather than rushing the process. Her administrative staff, Amy and Suzanna, were excellent in ensuring I never missed an appointment. My first 25 sessions were handled with great precision by the radiotherapy team (Nik, Dini, and Ashikin), and Nurse Yusra’s joyful attitude kept me motivated every day. Learning food restrictions during treatment is easy. Yes, there were some cute moments with the team. I am now undergoing Brachytherapy treatment. Dr. Mastura and her team (Ju, Nissya, Puteri, and radiotherapy team) have handled these sessions with such care that the procedure has been completely painless. Remarkably, I have experienced no side effects—no nausea, digestive issues, or insomnia—only a bit of sleepiness. After a short rest, I feel back to normal. I feel incredibly fortunate to be under the care of such a professional and talented team. Their expertise has given me the confidence and trust I needed to heal. They truly deserve to be recognized for their exceptional work. Thank you!

My visits here have been very good so far. The doctors, especially Prof. Yip, are highly patient-oriented, and Dr. Mastura has been exceptionally patient in explaining, answering our questions, and being accommodating during treatment planning. Thanks to Annie too! The nurses and staffs at the Oncology and Radiology departments are also approachable, attentive, and helpful. Special thanks to Lawrence, Jasmine, Erin and Yuxuan. Parking is free for patients, which is very convenient. The facilities are new, and the environment is comfortable too.

I am writing this feedback to thanks to someone that make me had an a great experience here..I visited here to do chemotherapy with Dr Mastura Md Yusof. Seriously felt not comfortable after chemo and quite down on that day..Then suddenly came a girl offered me to sit on a wheelchair while waiting for my friend to pickup at lobby area.. Forgot to ask her name but she was a very friendly and helpful. She teman me sampai my friend sampai at the lobby area..almost half an hour..She also mentioned that she was a cancer patient too..If im not mistaken related to thyroid.. coz i ask her why she speak too slow..she said she is in the process of getting her voice back..previously there was a quite chubby girl with spectacles sitting at the front counter but she ignored me..i just like thinking positive maybe she is busy or didnt realized me..If someone knows this girl please tell her that Kak Sara said Thank You Sooooooo Much for your kindness.. She really made my day❤️

Good service! Very comfortable. Highly recommended for cancer patients. From nurses to doctors, everyone was great. Dr. Mastura's clinic. Oncology department and chemo day care.
