Today I did a minor surgery at Daycare Hospital Pantai Sg Petani under Dr Lim Phaik Gan. Procedure went well and smoothly. All the staff from Emergency Department, Registration counter, Daycare and clinic were very friendly and attentive to my needs. It was a very pleasant experience. While waiting for the discharge process, the customer service ambassador making rounds and asking for any help. It was nice talking to him, exchanging views and experiences. Would definitely come again. Thank you for the hospitality.
