Had a consultation with Dr. Bong Chun Haw (orthopaedic). He explained my knee condition clearly and thoroughly. The consultation fee (RM235) and MRI procedure (RM800) are also reasonably priced. I was guided by the customer care staff, Irene Michael, who genuinely helped me understand the hospital procedures while I was waiting at the lobby. She was exceptionally professional and friendly. Decided to continue my physiotherapy here as it’s close to home and the hospitality was excellent.

My brother had a fall and came to see the orthopedic surgeon Dr Bong. His explanation was clear and easy to understand. He had an Xray done and it was quite quick despite quite a few people waiting in the lobby. Expected to be stuck here for a day to get all the examination and treatment done but we were done by lunch time. Overall a good experience.

Very welcoming at when my mum visited Borneo with leg injury. She was alone that time and the staff at the lobby welcomed her and assisted her until she meet Dr. Bong.

I met Dr Bong Chun Haw because of my foot fracture, he is really good at explaining the situation and make sure I’m calm during the treatment . He is very passionate at his patients!!!
