My brother had a fall and came to see the orthopedic surgeon Dr Bong. His explanation was clear and easy to understand. He had an Xray done and it was quite quick despite quite a few people waiting in the lobby. Expected to be stuck here for a day to get all the examination and treatment done but we were done by lunch time. Overall a good experience.

Had a consultation with Dr. Bong Chun Haw (orthopaedic). He explained my knee condition clearly and thoroughly. The consultation fee (RM235) and MRI procedure (RM800) are also reasonably priced. I was guided by the customer care staff, Irene Michael, who genuinely helped me understand the hospital procedures while I was waiting at the lobby. She was exceptionally professional and friendly. Decided to continue my physiotherapy here as it’s close to home and the hospitality was excellent.
