Overall Very satisfied with the services during my stay Thank you Dr Ruzaimi and the ward Nurses ,thank you emergency team Doctors and the Indian Niurse (don’t know her name )who always help with care and concern ,and she is always proactive, I have experience previous stay in October,she is professional nurse er nurse and really appreciate her care too❤️👍

My experience while in msu medical centre doing dialysis from 17 may till 25 may 2024 and 1 jun till 4 jun 2024. Very good service. Nurse and staff incharge very friendly and treated well. This place is comfortable. Very recomended and satisfying. 5 star to this dialysis centre and msu medical centre. I would like to thank you to professor dr. Arman zaharil mat saad, dr. Ahmad azhar bin abdul rahim and dr. Ruzaimi md. Yusoff, nurses ward a 1419, ward b 1428, pa huda, pa suzana, pa emma and staff for their very good, concern and friendly service here. Been having back pain so I was in search of places for a screening. Called the Radiology dept from several hospitals but staff from MSU was the nicest. From there, i decided to proceed with a doctor's appointment and the Dr. then referred me to the Radiology for an Xray. Currently undergoing a treatment with Dr. Ruzaimi (orthopaedic). Oh he's very calm and patient. He would take time to explain things. That really helps easing my mind off my worries. His Clinic Assistant Puan Ema is the sweetest. Stayed for 3D 2N at General Ward 14A, staff are all very pleasant. Thank you MSU Medical Centre!

Thank you and appreciation to all the physiotherapists, especially Mr. Zaki and Ms. Adlina, who accompanied me through the 6-week recovery journey after my knee surgery performed by Dr. Ruzaimi. I have returned to my normal life as before the surgery. Alhamdulillah. Thank you to all the superb Rehab staff... they know how and what to do with the patients.
