Special thanks to Dr Ruzaimi, he took the time to explain things clearly without rushing, which I really appreciated. The nurses in level 14 esp duty at room no 1439, were warm, attentive, and always checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The physiotherapist, keep reminding me about having a good rest during this period and take care of my back postur. Thanks for being kind. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it to others. Foods are delicious and it has variety of menu. Thank you Msu medical centre staffs.

MSU Hospital - 4 months 3 months operation knee. Brilliant service from the orthopedic & anesthesia doctors, nurses on ward A, 14th floor, physiotherapy staff, to the food service staff. Very professional, systematic, efficient, polite, and friendly. DR RUZAIMI BIN MD YUSOFF is the best!! Also Pn Rahimah on the 4th floor. My 1st warded experience with MSUMC . From Emergency , GL process and warded very smooth and fast yaa , around 2 hours only, even i warded on Saturday noon. 5 star also to Dr Ruzaimi for his very very clear explanation and his committment during treatment. Nurse for ward 14-A also very friendly and supportive . Would recommend those patient related to Orthopeadics to come here and get the treatment under Dr Ruzaimi. Highly recommended . 👍👍👍 Room condition also best and comfort for all patient, caregiver and visitor. Single room comes with sofabed , reclained chair & wooden chair which i think more than enough for us . Thank Youuu Dr , Nurses and MSUMC 🫶🏻

Thank you and appreciation to all the physiotherapists, especially Mr. Zaki and Ms. Adlina, who accompanied me through the 6-week recovery journey after my knee surgery performed by Dr. Ruzaimi. I have returned to my normal life as before the surgery. Alhamdulillah. Thank you to all the superb Rehab staff... they know how and what to do with the patients.

Big appreciation for Dr Ruzaimi, orthopaedic consultant , all nurses and staffs at ward 4A and rehab centre for treating and taking good care of me while I was admitted for 5 days in MSU for slipped disc. Dr Ruzaimi is a very experienced doctor in his field, super chill and considerate. He explained my condition well and walked me through the process and treatment thoroughly. He helped ease my pain till I can finally perform my daily routine back. Thank you Dr! Jasamu dikenang 👍🏻 All the nurses and staff at ward 4A, especially Megala ( I hope I spelled her name correctly ), are super nice and attentive. Megala inserted my branula without any pain. Can definitely tell she’s experienced and well trained. I had 2 MRI done on the same day I was admitted. Which was super fast and convenient as dr get to the diagnose my condition early. Staff at MRI ( Zaid ) was also very kind and soft spoken. I accidentally moved a little during my 1st MRI, and he had to repeat all back from start and still being patient about it, despite it was nearly 3am at that time. Couldn’t be more grateful for this. Plus, I had my in patient physiotherapy twice a day with Shahirah , at their rehab centre. Another kind hearted and soft spoken staff. Very good and gentle during every session. And she taught me all stretching exercises to do at home as well. All in all, I’m very grateful to have met with good doctor, good nurses and staff all through my admission. It was a wonderful experience to be treated here in MSU. Not to forget, my spacious single room with daily housekeeping and cleaning, delicious hospital food and smooth process from admission till discharge. I highly recommend everyone to get their treatment at MSU medical centre, and if your condition is orthopaedic related, please find Mr Ruzaimi. 👏🏻👍🏻
