Throughout the week at KPJ, Dr. Syahidi, Dr. Salmi, and Dr. Syamiza, who were in charge, were very attentive in their service. All the staff on Ward 6 were very caring and satisfactory. The food provided was quite good. Credit to the customer service staff member named Ramadani, who was very helpful in managing my KPJ Care app. This made it easy for me to retrieve my old reports during my stay here. Thank you very much to all the staff at KPJ Pasir Gudang for the initiative of the app.

I was admitted in the hospital for 2 nights. The service provided was very satisfying. The room was spacious, the nurses were kind, and the food was quite delicious. I was treated by Dr. Shamsudin. He came to visit me and asked about my condition twice a day.
