The doctor and nurse are professional. Dr Nezrean, NST consulant and team are great. Kind, helpful, and friendly. The room is comfortable for single patient. The doctor provide details about precause of health issue including the blood, sugar level, latic acid, bad colestrol and all. She even provide general letter to assist patient for future treatment in other hospital if I needed. They are responsible and details oriented medical staff using layman term to let the patient understand the condition. The janitor also clean up throughly. Food is nice with right diet. Mine is tonsil. Overal Great! Keep it up.

I had a really good experience getting treated for my sinus and back pain at KPJ Puteri. Big thanks to Dr. Nezrean and Dr. Marvin – they were very kind and explained everything clearly. I also want to thank the ED team, Dr. Nezrean’s clinic nurses CA Murni and CA Nuridah, and the staff nurses at Level 7 Maternity Ward – everyone was so helpful and friendly. The admission and discharge were fast and smooth. The food was nice too, and I loved that we could choose what to eat.. Overall, it was a truly positive experience, and I highly recommend KPJ Puteri to anyone seeking quality healthcare with a personal touch.

The best service from all KPJ staff, from the consultant clinic (Dr. Chan Weng Kai), admission, ECG, laboratory, CT scan, scope, and especially the ward staff at Daycare No. 315, Kak Salmah and Asfarina, if I'm not mistaken with their names, who were very helpful and explained about the medication very clearly. The staff who accompanied me to all treatments and other staff who passed by were also friendly and helpful when I asked questions. Thank you also to Dr. Chan Weng Kai for the friendly service and clear explanation. Thank you also to Dr. Nezrean (ENT) and staff for their help two weeks ago with the throat scope. Friendly service and very helpful. KPJ Putri is indeed the best. It's my go-to place for treatment. Thank you very much.

I admitted due to swollen tonsils. I met with DR Nezrean at the clinic. Very good service from Dr Nezrean and clinic staff. I went to the emergency room to get a needle, take blood and get medicine right away. The emergency staff are very friendly and professional in their respective tasks. After that I went to camellia ward 7. The staff who admitted the patients were very kind and gentle. The explanation of all the staff at kpj puteri is very clear and easy to understand. Ward admission is very easy and smooth. From admission to discharge very easy and assisted by the staff on duty

I really like coming to KPJ Puteri, welcoming guests at the door and they are very friendly. I brought my child for a check-up to see Dr. Ismail. The clinic nurses, Ms. Eja and Ms. Zai, are very friendly. I myself went to the swollen tonsil ward with Dr. Nezrean, the staff at the Cemilia ward also treated me very well. I like it, I like it. On the follow-up day at Dr. Nezrean's clinic, the clinic nurses, Ms. Murni and Ms. Nuridah, treated me very well.
