I had an excellent experience under the care of Dr. Mohd Fariq bin Mohd Yusof, Consultant Radiologist & Interventional Radiologist. Dr. Fariq performed a thrombectomy, thrombolysis, and venoplasty of my left upper limb and left subclavian veins. From the very beginning, he was extremely calm, reassuring, and professional. He took the time to explain my condition clearly and in detail, including what was happening, the procedures he would be performing, and what I could expect throughout the process. His calm approach gave me a lot of confidence and reassurance, especially during what was naturally a stressful time. I was also very impressed with the care I received both before and after the procedure. Dr. Fariq was attentive to my condition and recovery and made sure that I was well taken care of throughout. My follow-up appointment with him was equally excellent. During the ultrasound examination, he explained the images and findings to me as he was performing the ultrasound, allowing me to understand what he was seeing and how my recovery was progressing. He was patient with my questions and made sure I understood everything before the consultation ended. I am truly grateful to Dr. Fariq for his professionalism, expertise, patience, and the level of care he provided throughout my treatment. Having a doctor who not only performs the procedure with expertise but also takes the time to explain and reassure the patient makes a tremendous difference. Highly recommended, and a sincere thank you to Dr. Fariq for taking such good care of me throughout the entire process.

My sis recently had the pleasure of being cared for by the exceptional team at Lavender Ward & ICU in Assunta Hospital. The level of care, compassion, and dedication displayed by each and every staff member, especially the ward nurses was outstanding. Dr Niraj who performed the surgery on my sis was very caring & compassionate. He constantly assured my sis & managed to calm my sis who was very anxious over the surgery. Dr Fariq who had to perform an emergency angioembolization on my sis was very gentle & worked tirelessly throughout the night to do the procedure. From the doctors to the nurses, and all the support staff, everyone was friendly, attentive, and made my sis feel comfortable and at ease throughout her stay. The nurses & supporting staff also tended to my requests & needs while I was staying over throughout the 6 nights that my sis was warded. Lavender Ward was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. I was impressed by the efficiency and organization of the staff, who worked seamlessly together to ensure that all patients received the best care & we felt like we were treated like a family member rather than just another patient. We have experienced care in other hospitals before but none can match the level of exceptional care in Assunta Hospital. I would highly recommend Assunta Hospital to anyone seeking medical attention. The staff truly are the unsung heroes of our healthcare system, and we feel grateful to have been in their care. I came to ct Scan @Radiology Assunta Hosp today. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Dr Fariq was explained to me and assited in insertion of IV without any pain. Sr.Liza, SN Maeoline, Radiographer Faiz, Khairul and Mr.Amir was comfort me. I felt very warmth and pleasant druring the whole procesess of scanning. Keep it up everyone. I come for Ct Scan today at Assunta Hospital. The nurse incharge Sr.Liza, SN Natasha and Radiographer Hasif was very nice to me and explained the procedure in detail 👌. I'm not feeling scared because they reassured me. Dr Fariq also very nice and comfort me. My HR was reduced back to normal because of feeling calm then immediately proceed with the cardiac scan.
