Great Care with Minor Hiccups👍🏻 My mother’s experience at ALTY for ADR surgery was mostly positive, earning a solid 5 stars. The medical team, led by Dr Lee was professional and skilled—my surgery went smoothly, and the nurses were attentive during recovery. The facility itself was modern and clean, which added to my peace of mind. However, there were a few areas for improvement. Communication between departments sometimes lagged, leading to minor delays in scheduling follow-up tests. While the nursing staff was kind, shifts felt understaffed at times, resulting in longer waits for pain medication or assistance. The physical therapy plan was effective, but coordinating sessions with the in-house team could have been more streamlined. That said, the actual medical care was excellent, and Dr Lee took time to address all my post-op concerns. Overall, I’d recommend this hospital for its clinical expertise, but hope they refine administrative and staffing processes to match the quality of their medical care. A very good experience, just shy of perfect!

My mom completed spine surgery with Dr Kean, everything is just amazing and i cant thank everyone enough for all the services given to my mom.
