In July, my husband experienced chest pain, prompting us to rush to CVSKL Malaysia's emergency department. Right from the start, we were impressed by the care and attention we received. The ED doctor was not just professional but also incredibly attentive. They quickly conducted an ECG and echocardiogram, leading to my husband's admission. The next morning, Dr. Al-Fazir performed an angiogram for further diagnosis. In the following month, my husband underwent complex stenting, once again expertly handled by Dr. Al-Fazir. His expertise and transparency instilled great confidence in us. In my opinion, Dr. Al-Fazir is an extraordinary expert who goes above and beyond. He's straightforward and speaks the truth about complex stenting, never sugarcoating anything. We truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. Despite his busy schedule, Dr. Al-Fazir made it a point to meet with us every day, and his positivity and genuine concern for our well-being were incredibly reassuring. Nurse Nor and Nurse Sylvester were our heroes. Their dedication and compassion were incredible. They went the extra mile to ensure my husband's comfort and well-being, making a significant difference during his recovery. Despite a few minor hiccups, the entire CVSKL team, from medical professionals to administrative staff, ensured we were well taken care of. Our heartfelt thanks go to Puan Zehan and Puan Syima for their assistance in addressing our needs. Thanks to CVSKL Malaysia, my husband is now on the path to recovery, and we couldn't be happier with the care we received. Dr Al Fazir Bin Omar in CVSKL, did a great job for my mother’s complex angioplasty procedure on 30th March 2021. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was an excellent cardiologist who was very passionate and knowledgeable with his work besides being very caring, helpful, kind and friendly. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. I felt blessed and confident that my mother was under his expert medical care and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a cardiologist.

Dr Al Fazir Bin Omar in CVSKL, did a great job for my father's complex angioplasty procedure in July 2021. My dad had a heart attack and was admitted to Hospital Seberang Jaya, got to know about Dr Fazir from friends and contacted him, He immediately agreed to take up my father's case and helped me transfer my father from HSJ to CVSKL and performed angio the very next day. He is not only an expert in his field, but was professional and friendly throughout the whole process. In the end he even gave us a 50% discount to the fees. I cannot be anymore thankful to him and his help. I would strongly recommend Dr Fazir to anyone looking for a good cardiologist. CVSKL is a great hospital with doctors like Fazir and great facilities. It inpatient accommodation felt like a good hotel room with good food and best of all it was very affordable. The staff is very attentive and friendly. For my dad I got the 1 person room and to my suprise the prices were not even half of what I expected. I am very happy to have got my dad here and to be honest if I have to step into a hospital for any reason I prefer it was CVSKL

Great service, by every single person I interacted with. From the time I called for an appointment, I think her name was Irene, then the staff at the Reception, the Lead Nurse (Ada if I recall correctly), the Diagnostic/ Lab staff, lastly and most importantly, the Doctor and his Secretary - simply amazing service. They're so helpful, polite and go the extra mile to take care. I haven't had this kind of customer experience even in top hotels. Doctor Al Fazir was great with his explanation, advice and importantly, friendly in his interaction. A big thank you to all! Considering it's a Cardio Health center, they certainly know how to handle patients and their family members. No doubt a bit expensive, however, it's the quality and experience that matters, especially in healthcare.
