I am truly grateful to Dr. Saravanan Vengadesa Pillai and the wonderful team at KPJ Sentosa KL Specialist Hospital for their exceptional care during my 3-day stay in Ward 503 following severe heart pain on 16th February; I came to the emergency department and underwent angiography, and although I was alone, I never felt lonely, as the nurses (whose names I don’t know) provided constant attention, the doctor visited me regularly, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, safe, and well-supported, even during the long Chinese New Year holiday—thank you so much to all of you for making me feel truly cared for.
