Admitted because I had fractured my leg. Consult Dr Tan Cheng Aun and operated on next day. Warded for 5 days. Excellent services from doctors, nurses and attendants. The hospital made sure to get the GL from insurance company before admitted patient to ward. The process was smooth. Gym staff also very professional and friendly. For follow up with doctor, the waiting time was very long. Had to wait 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours.

i am very satisfied with this hospital service..with an affordable price this non profit hospital serve customer with full hearted service. All of the staff are very kind and quickie. If you find out the insurance department and finance department act slowly, you must understand that it is their responsibility to make sure all of the process is procedural so please be patient. And if you find out the doctor service is not good please dont blame the hospital because it depends on which doctor you visit and i must admit that every doctor's experience, attitude and service is not the same.
