The service and explanations from Doc Chew and Kak Sha were very satisfactory and easy to understand. They explained everything from A to Z so that patients would not feel doubtful.

Dr Chew Yu Wei gave good treatment and replied to my enquiries with clear explanations. Nurse Sharia was polite and handled her job well. Also, nurses attended to me during my stay in hopital were nice and friendly. Will recommend to whoever in need.

Pantai hospital is definitely one of the best private hospitals in penang. Everything is very systematicly done. They even has their own app. The management has done a great job. Every single staff that I encountered was polite, kind and helpful. I would like to thank all of them from bottom of my heart. I was admitted due to a broken elbow and I'm very grateful for Dr. Chew Yu Wei. He attended me with such patience & did my surgery successfully. I had minimum pain, still in recovering prosess. The follow up check ups also very much in ease. He advised accordingly to my recovery and his nurse Ms. Wan Norshariza one of the most caring, polite and always helpful. To matter of a fact, all the nurses in who attended me during my stay was kind and very caring.
