I recently underwent surgery at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur under the care of Dr. Reynu Rajan, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. She is a truly wonderful doctor who is very attentive, genuinely cares about her patients, and always wants the very best for them. She is also very thorough in explaining post-surgery care and recovery, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind. I would also like to thank Dr. David, the anesthetist, who was very kind and took the time to clearly explain the recovery process after the surgery, which helped ease my worries. Not to forget all the nurses and assistant nurses who were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist at any time. Their dedication and kindness made a challenging period much more comfortable. Even though I was alone at the hospital without any family or companions, the care and attention from the staff made me feel completely at ease—almost like being at home or staying in a hotel rather than in a hospital. The facilities and room provided were also very comfortable and always kept clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and very helpful, which made the overall stay even more pleasant. However, one area that could be improved is the discharge process. During check-out, there was a delay from the nurse on duty, and I had to follow up multiple times before getting clear instructions. I was asked to personally bring documents to the lower floor for the discharge stamp at the admission counter, and then proceed to the pharmacy to collect medication. This process could be made more efficient, as patients are required to return to the ward again afterward to collect their belongings before finally leaving. Streamlining this would greatly improve the overall patient experience. Overall, I had a very positive experience despite going through surgery. I highly recommend this hospital for its excellent service and professional, caring staff.

The service provided by the staff in Ward 7 is really good and professional. Dr Reynu and Dr David are wonderful too..
