From the moment I arrived at the Endoscopy Unit until my discharge from the Surgical Ward, the level of professionalism and care was exemplary. Her professionalism set a positive tone for the entire stay. • Dr. Jaideep (Endoscopy): For his expertise during the OGDS procedure. His calm demeanor provided immense comfort. • Dr. Vanitha (Anaesthesia): I am particularly grateful for her thorough briefing. She ensured I was well-informed of the procedures and the associated risks, which significantly eased my anxiety. • Dr. Seenivasagam (Consultant Colorectal & Surgery): For performing a successful minor surgery and, more importantly, for his dedicated aftercare. His personal check-ins to explain the results and recovery steps were greatly appreciated. Furthermore, I was highly impressed by the seamless transition from the Endoscopy Unit to the Surgical Ward. The coordination between the nursing staff and the porters was "smooth sailing," ensuring no delays or confusion during the transfer. This level of inter-departmental synergy is a testament to the high operational standards at KPJ DSH2. I had both experience as patient and caretaker in this hospital. The hospital itself is beautiful and always smell so nice. Make you calmer when you are sick. The staff are so friendly and always approachable. From the registration counter in the clinic to the admission the staff are so polite and serve you with a smile. Good explanation given. Im a patient of Dr Sazafi cant thank him enough for treating my BPPV. My husband is a patient of Dr Seenivasagam the colorectal surgeon. Thank god to have him as our doctor. The dr calmness and skills gives us confidence in my husband treatment. The surgical ward staff is amazing. The were always happily attending you. Always willing to help and the cheerfulness helps in recovery as well. Team manager Nanthani and staff nurse hanani and others in surgical wards, tq very much in easing my husband stay. The discharge officer were very polite and explain us completely with all the details. They were fast and efficient too. Lastly the pharmacy team who dispense drug in our room explanation were given througly and they serve as always so politely and pleasant. The food provided is delicious and has variety of option. “Wow this hospital like a hotel” was the first came to my mind. The service by Ms Salinah was great. She even assisted me to expedite my GL. I was hospitalized for 5 days under Dr Jaideep supervision and suspected to have gallbladder inflammation. Later was operated by Dr Seenivasagam to remove my gallbladder. Overall, the doctors, nurses and medical assistants were amazing. Thank you DSH2! Will come again to seek your service.

Had a very positive experience in this hospital under the good care of Dr Jaideep Singh (Gastroenterologist), Dr Seenivasagam (General Surgeon - Colorectal Surgery) and Dr Mohamed Asri (Anaesthesiogy) for my ailment and surgery recently. The level of nursing care given to me from the day ward, surgical ward and normal ward was excellent. Special mention must also be given to Dr Jaideep’s assistant Salinah, who has helped and guide me through all procedure and processes including the insurance gls, claims etc.

Good & fast service attended at surgery clinic by Dr Seenivasam & staff nurse Nur Amira even though I just walk in due to suspected Inguinal Hernia. Do CT scan on same day. Best & good explanation regrading payment & process before do CT scan by staff Intan at Lab dept. Luv ur effort & fast service. I give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for their effort & service to patients 👍keep it ur good service.
