His calm demeanor provided immense comfort. • Dr. Vanitha (Anaesthesia): I am particularly grateful for her thorough briefing. She ensured I was well-informed of the procedures and the associated risks, which significantly eased my anxiety. • Dr. Seenivasagam (Consultant Colorectal & Surgery): For performing a successful minor surgery and, more importantly, for his dedicated aftercare. His personal check-ins to explain the results and recovery steps were greatly appreciated. Furthermore, I was highly impressed by the seamless transition from the Endoscopy Unit to the Surgical Ward. The coordination between the nursing staff and the porters was "smooth sailing," ensuring no delays or confusion during the transfer. This level of inter-departmental synergy is a testament to the high operational standards at KPJ DSH2. I had surgery at DSH2 and my experience with Dr Seeni and his team was very positive. Dr Seeni was calm and clear in his explanations, which helped me feel safe and well-informed. Izzati (the doctor’s assistant) was very kind and helpful throughout. From the consultations to the surgery, everything went smoothly. Their warmth and professionalism made a real difference to my recovery, and for that I am truly grateful.

I had a great experience recently while getting treatment for my epidermal cycst from Dr.Seenivasagam & his clinic assistant Ms.Amirah.So comfortable with Dr.Seeni. Ms.Amirah was so helpful that she keep on updating me on the scheduled appoinment & even did all the registration procedure..that so.impressive.. This is not the first time for me in PHKL..few times from past 18 years..but the service was so well maintained from then till now..such a good hospitality from all the staffs..keep up the best service PHKL..👍🏻👍🏻

Good & fast service attended at surgery clinic by Dr Seenivasam & staff nurse Nur Amira even though I just walk in due to suspected Inguinal Hernia. Do CT scan on same day. Best & good explanation regrading payment & process before do CT scan by staff Intan at Lab dept. Luv ur effort & fast service.
