Dr. Neoh and Dr. Wendy are very professional. They explained the patient’s current condition in detail and ensured that everything was clearly understood. We truly appreciate their professionalism, patience, and dedication. However, the nursing service still requires improvement. We hope the hospital can further enhance the nurses’ communication, attitude, and responsiveness to provide a better overall patient experience.

The Service were fast and the admission procedure is easy to understand. We went to Dr Neoh (cardiologist), and he explained to use Cleary and easy to understand. Great service from start to end. From admission to pharmacist/cashier
