I am writing this impromptu review on behalf of my mum, Madam LOW Guat Kim ,81 years old patient who was admitted on Tuesday, 14 November 2023 and to be discharged tomorrow morning, 17 November 2023, Friday. For the information of all Penangites and Malaysians, this hospital is an excellent place to receive quality nursing n doctor care at an affordable price. It is indeed a charitable hospital. Very friendly, caring, supportive staff especially Dr Neoh. Dr Neoh is very experienced, sincere in helping his patients to recover, get the best medical treatment and he is definitely very approachable. He serves his patients with a smile. His joyful service and explanation regarding my mother diagnosis is superb. Very clear and easy for lay people to comprehend. I am definitely impressed with his service. By the way on the same Tuesday morning my wife and I received influenza from him. I did not know my mother was under his care. His explanation regarding the injection was precise. He even recommended a set of medication for us to bring for our India trip. Very affordable. We get quality medical treatment at an affordable price. Registration and check in done quickly without any delay. Very clean room.3A 13. The nurses are very friendly, polite, helpful and caring. They make my mum happy to stay at KLSCH with their jokes. Even the aunties who serve food are friendly and helpful when I requested for porridge when my mum was served rice for dinner on Thursday, 16 Nov 2023. She helped to get some porridge for my mum. The security team is helpful and polite too. Good ambience, service and friendly staff. I would highly recommend KLSCH to All Penangites. I am confident Dr Neoh and his team will continue to serve at KLSCH with dedication. I salute Dr. Neoh and the staff of KLSCH. Once again SADHU to Dr Neoh and his team for making my mum stay a fantastic place for her recovery. She is very happy to receive such excellent treatment at KLSCH from the staff. 5 stars service, clean and reasonable price. I was so weak upon my admission for 4 days, lung infection. To me, Nearly die. Thanks to Dr. Neoh, he and his team (nurses, the Cook, cleaners) who taking care of the patients so well. Very friendly, passionate, love and caring. Their Vegetarian foods also rated 5 stars. Im not a vegan, but i Love it so much! They saved my life. Appreciated! 🙏

Recently, due to several years of intestinal issues, I visited the Amitabha Buddhist Hospice for the first time for a consultation. I was very fortunate to meet Dr. Loi, a surgeon here, who is a professional, competent, patient, and meticulous doctor. He explained my condition very clearly, ensuring I understood, and patiently answered all my questions. Additionally, I consulted with Dr. Neoh, an internal medicine physician, regarding some other health concerns. Dr. Neoh generously provided professional answers. The medical staff here are all very kind and friendly, and the service is excellent. Although the hospital is currently small in scale, this level of medical service allows patients to entrust themselves to the doctors with peace of mind, which is commendable. Thank you to Dr. Loi, Dr. Neoh, and the medical staff. I hope the standard will remain the same or improve in the future.

A Family Cardiologist , Valuable Patient Management. I just would like to share my thoughts and experience with none other than our superb and skillful cardiologist Dr Neoh Kean Huat. My sister was admitted under him for APO and SOB a few years back. I quickly asked for Dr Neoh who managed her very well, stabilised her and inserted 2 stents skillfully with no complications. She is non compliant to her diabetes and now under his care she has become very compliant. My brother is also under his care for his medical follow-up. My young nephew who recently had an AMI was quickly treated by him on time. It was a Sunday and yet,within minutes he was taken into the hospital Cathlab. He saved his life infact, God Bless you, Dr Neoh. I salute Dr Neoh who is not only a Saviour but a Hero in disguise to many. patients.Sometimes I realise, certain important investigations are not done pertaining to a specific case and there he comes to see it is done to ensure the treatment is complete. From this I realise he has to be autonomous to ensure things are done on time. I love his autonomy of patient care, where patients are his priority no matter what.I know him from KKM, and now I realise he is super good, his treatment is current,up to date. I have recommended my friends, family members and others who are very satisfied with his care and treatment. Eventhough his capacity of patient has increased, from what I see at his clinic days, I would still highly recommend him to others in future. A big Salute to the most skillful cardiologist at Lam Wah Ee Hospital, Dr Neoh for your valuable management of cardiac patients and even those with medical related illness.
