The hospital provides very comfortable and clean rooms, which made my father stay feel more like home at Ward Level 6. DR. AZRINA who treat my father for Stent Surgery was very professional, caring with a smile and explained everything clearly before and after surgery. The food was surprisingly delicious for hospital standards – nutritious and well-prepared on time. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The Cath Lab team was efficient, caring, and very knowledgeable. They even visited my mother before and after the procedure and explained everything clearly, which really helped reassure us. I had my echocardiogram and consultation with the cardiologist at KPJ Bandar Dato’ Onn Specialist, and the whole experience was excellent. Registration was smooth, waiting time was minimal, and the environment was very comfortable. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. A special mention to Nurull Farrah, who operated the echo machine — she was incredibly kind, gentle, and made the whole process so easy. The cardiologist, Dr. Azrina, was also very detailed in her explanations, patient in answering all my questions, and made me feel well-informed and reassured. Overall, a very positive experience.
