      Admitted to daycare twice within 2 months for a procedure... The staff were very polite and kind... a contrast to the service from the ward staff when I was admitted last year... perhaps new management... The female staff member who wears glasses was excellent... she sprayed numbing medication before inserting the cannula because my veins are difficult and she knew this procedure is painful... The cannula was inserted in a single attempt only... thumbs up for this female staff member... sorry I forgot her name... she was the best... 👍👍💪 Also, I must mention Dr. Karthik... cool and confident.. 👍👍

      Great hospitality and overall a pleasant experience at Columbia Asia Taiping. I visited Dr. Karthikeashvaren for some medical concerns, and he provided a very clear and detailed explanation about my condition. The staff were friendly, supportive, and professional throughout the visit. Thank you for the excellent care
