I experienced two serious accidents — one resulting in a broken hip and another involving a fractured fibula. Both were extremely challenging times physically and emotionally. Under Dr. Chong’s care, I was able to recover steadily and confidently. His medical expertise, calm reassurance, and clear explanations made a huge difference in my healing journey. He is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring and attentive to his patients’ needs. I am equally thankful for Kasturi , who was consistently professional, kind, and patient. Her dedication, compassion, and attention to detail made my daily recovery process much more comfortable and reassuring. Due to these accidents, I spent nearly two months at Asunta Hospital, a place I came to feel like a second home. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall support from the hospital staff were outstanding. From the nurses to the support team, everyone treated me with warmth, respect, and genuine concern, which made a difficult period much easier to endure. I had my carpal tunnel surgery with Dr. Chong Chee Seang at Specialist Suite Orthopaedic Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The surgery went very well, and Dr. Chong was extremely professional and honest. Even though I also have cervical and lumbar disc issues, he didn’t push unnecessary surgery for profit—he recommended injections and swimming for my spine instead, which I really appreciated. The nurse Ms Kasturi is equally wonderful—friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. Whenever I had concerns at home, the nurses were always happy to help and made sure my messages reached Dr. Chong promptly. Overall, a very caring and professional team. Highly recommended!
