Dr Lim Sim Yee's service is very helpful and very professional. The way she consult and explained on every single step I need to do before the procedure is very clear. I did not feel any pain during the procedure and after procedure done. The service provided by Endoscopy Department was incredibly helpful and awesome! Excellent service and facilitation from all service providers. In an earlier medical trip I found the attendance to a loved one of my family by Dr. Shaharin and his team throughly expert and exquisite. This time around too I found the international patient lounge staff at the ground floor extremely friendly and warmly helpful. Overall a most satisfying experience indeed.
