Excellent service and facilitation from all service providers. In an earlier medical trip I found the attendance to a loved one of my family by Dr. Shaharin and his team throughly expert and exquisite. This time around too I found the international patient lounge staff at the ground floor extremely friendly and warmly helpful. Overall a most satisfying experience indeed.

Dr Lim Sim Yee's service is very helpful and very professional. The way she consult and explained on every single step I need to do before the procedure is very clear. I did not feel any pain during the procedure and after procedure done. The service provided by Endoscopy Department was incredibly helpful and awesome!
