Consulted with Dr siti Mayuha, the service is amazing, admission process is smooth in SMCD

Recently had my gallbladder removal surgery at Sunway Medical Centre and I had a very good experience throughout my stay. The service from the nurses was excellent — all of them were very friendly, attentive, and caring, which really helped me feel comfortable during recovery. Special thanks to Dr. Siti Mayuha Rusli from the Colorectal & General Surgery department for being professional, reassuring, and taking good care of me throughout the process. The explanations given were clear and I truly appreciated the support and treatment I received. Thank you to the whole team at Sunway Medical Centre Damansara for making my 6-day hospital stay a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommended.

y husband and I discovered SMC Damansara when our beloved family physician Dr Nordiana Nordin opened her practice there. I have also been very fortunate to have come under the care of endocrinologist Dr Ida Adam. She is kindly, attentive and professional. Recently my mother, 91, had to have surgery. We shall be forever grateful to surgeon Dr Mayuha, anaesthetist Dr Poh, and the team for helping her pull through. Their impressive skills were exceeded only by the depth of their care. Kudos also to the nurses, physiotherapists who cared for her in HDU and the ward.

Very good service quality. Highly recommended. 🥳 My wife and I felt warm and confident from the point before we left our country. The driver sent us messages to inform us when and where he would pick us up upon arrival. When we landed, he sent us messages again to make sure we were ok. Then he took us to our hotel safely. The early morning the next day, Yoko, International Patient Centre department, sent us message and called us to make sure we had enough sleep and fine. She informed us that she would send the driver to pick us up but we said we would walk to SMCD. Yoko and Mr. Vuthy welcomed us at the lobby and proceeded the registration and next steps with all great supports. We found it very efficient and effective. We could complete all the check up and consultation within the day with clear explanations from the doctors. Thanks to Yoko, Mr. Vuthy, Dr. Mayuha, and Dr. Yong Mei Ching. We will see you again for the next health check follow up.
